Microsoft has today released a report on Digital Transformation which showcases The Yield.
Microsoft research found that most organisations undergoing digital transformation adopted a 'test and learn' approach allowing for fast iteration. Companies were typically found to transform the customer experience first, using data to win, grow and retain their customer base or better serve citizens.
Microsoft Australia's Managing Director Pip Marlow said "Our research shows successful organisations have leaders who embrace digital transformation and empower their people to innovation and fully explore the potential of new technologies.
