The MyOyster Dashboard provides growers with insight into the environmental conditions in your location. The Guide for Growers provides an overview of the elements within the dashboard.

Q: I've forgotten my log in details

Your username will always be your email address. If you have forgotten your password select the "forgot your password?" link on the log in page and follow the prompts.

Q: How do I access the system?

Q: The Dashboard won't load on my mobile device

A: The grower dashboard is a responsive website that is designed to work on both mobile devices as well as laptops and desktops. If you have previously logged into the dashboard but it is not loading anymore you should:

  • Try selecting Refresh in the browser address bar; or
  • Log out and log back in. The log in time period may have expired.

Q: How do I add MyOysters to the home screen on my phone or tablet?

A: The MyOysters Dashboard is currently a responsive website - we will be developing a mobile application in the near future.

In the mean time you can add a shortcut to the home screen of your mobile device for each access.

On iPhone:

  1. Open the URL in your browser on you phone / tablet
  2. Select the Share Icon at the bottom of your browser
  3. Select Add to Home Screen
  4. You can change the name or leave it as is and select Add

On Android:

  1. Open the URL in your browser on you phone / tablet
  2. Tap the menu button and select Add to homescreen
  3. You can change the name or leave it as is and select Add

You will now have a shortcut on your home screen that will take you to the MyOyster Dashboard
