We are looking for an experienced commercial and technology-focussed Account Manager who is responsible for successfully developing and managing the ongoing commercial relationships with our clients. Once the sales and onboarding process is complete, this role is responsible for taking on the primary day to day management of the client.

The Account Manager is a critical part of the ANZ Sales and Customer Success team. This role suits an Account Management professional who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.


To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role
  • Be confident to drive relationships and initiatives inside and outside of the organisation
  • Possess high-level relationship-building and interpersonal skills underpinned by an exceptional social and emotional intelligence
  • Previous experience in agricultural environment will be highly regarded
  • Be commercially minded to deliver long term commercial outcomes
  • Listen and communicate effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Thrive in in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment underpinned by the latest technology
  • A demonstrated commitment to diverse and inclusive teams and in a values-based culture
  • Proficient in the use of communication and workflow tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM, etc.


To be successful in this role you will have a business- related degree or tertiary qualification in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience.
