Role

We are looking for an experienced, technology-focussed project manager to manage the delivery of multiple customer contracts. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all customer projects.

The Customer Success Delivery Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the organisation to manage new and existing customer projects ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.

In this role, they will manage the handover of any new contract from the sales team to the customer success team, bringing together the relevant team members for an internal project kick-off. They will be responsible for preparing project schedules and working with the appropriate team members to generate work breakdown structures.

Throughout the project they will track the progress of milestones and deliverables across multiple teams, producing reports and dashboards to communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders via project meetings, go-to-market meetings, and customer delivery meetings. In addition, they will continuously identify and mitigate any risks and keep communication channels open with all stakeholders. Upon project completion they will then manage the handover from project to business as usual.

This role requires an individual with a willingness to work within a team that places a core emphasis on customer led outcomes and has the ability to multi-task, managing various projects and elements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Delivery Manager is responsible for:

  1. The delivery of multiple customer delivery projects, including the preparation and maintenance of project plans.
  2. Managing and leading multi discipline project teams, including coordinating with external customer teams on joint deliverables.
  3. Assessing the change impacts and readiness of our customers, including working with both customer and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes including commercial benefits through a change management framework.
  4. Developing project and change management strategies and tactics to support successful delivery of our solution to address customer objectives.
  5. Creating, updating, and managing project reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, along with identifying and mitigating project delivery timing, quality, and resourcing risks.
  6. Identifying, analysing and preparing risk management tactics, enabling the delivery of these through the relevant teams.
  7. Playing a key role in the definition, development, and adoption of our project delivery methodology.

Skills

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Possess high-level relationship-building and interpersonal skills underpinned by an exceptional social and emotional intelligence
  • Listens and communicates effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders, including the ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
  • Thrives in creating systems and order in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment underpinned by the latest technology
  • A demonstrated commitment to diverse and inclusive teams and in a values-based culture
  • Practitioner of various project and change management methodologies such as, SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Tools: Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have a degree or tertiary qualification in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience.
