We are ready to launch our services in the USA and then other international markets in coming years. We are currently looking for a DevOps Lead to help build and lead our DevOps team and operational capability to deliver reliable, scalable, resilient software that will help us achieve our global ambitions.
As the DevOps Lead at The Yield you will work with the CTO, Architects, Hardware, and Software and Data Science teams to deliver on our goals. You will build and lead a diverse, highly creative, agile, human centred team. You’ll be a self-starter and highly motivated thinker who loves to learn new things and enjoys when no two days are the same.
We are seeking someone who is experienced at building and managing teams in a complex start-up environment, who is passionate and eager to learn and also to share their skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving DevOps space. The role involves working in a rapidly growing engineering team, leading a key group in the development and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure and systems. You’ll gain exposure to many different technologies in this role and will work with a highly proficient team of engineers and data scientists.
