The Yield at AWITC & WINETECH 2022

News

The Yield - Proud to be a Business Partner Sponsor of the Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference (AWITC) & exhibitor of WINETECH 2022.

This year,  we'll be showcasing our Digital Playbooks & Harvest Predictions which are a customer’s blueprint on how to grow crops more profitably and with less environmental impact, enabling their business to scale faster and reduce climate risk.

Our Digital Playbooks deliver highly accurate crop predictions and recommendations for spray, harvest, and irrigation, or to mitigate the risk of pest and disease, or extreme temperature events such as frost or heat stress.

The Yield holds the Australian and US patents for predicting microclimates using AI. Using the Digital Playbook with our patented microclimate predictions, our customers can realise up to a:

  • 57% reduction in water requirements
  • 47% increase in safe spray windows
  • 150% better extreme weather event identification
  • 20% improvement in harvest predictions

We combine our powerful analytics with our customer's know-how and automatically adjust recommendations for the local growing conditions across our customer's sites. Our customers can then configure the recommendations to meet their operational requirements including processing, packaging and distribution.

Leveraging our Data Science capability, we are also launching Analogous Years Reports which compare current year to historical weather and growing conditions on each site, each season for up to 20 years. This provides you with insights of how you might customise or repeat current growing practices to achieve similar or better outcomes. This allows your team to make better operational decisions as you progress through the season.

Drop by stand 408 at WINETECH 2022 and meet our team.
