The health and well-being of our employees, customers and the community is of the utmost importance to us at The Yield.

Health and Safety

We continue to be guided by the latest information received from government departments including NSW Health in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In response to these updates, we have implemented a Coronavirus Policy.

The Yield has restricted domestic travel, and additionally, any member of the team or any contractor that we work with who has travelled internationally recently will be required to self-isolate for 14 days with no visits to any customer sites.

Business Continuity

Every employee has the tools and technology to work remotely to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and maintain business continuity. We successfully tested this capability with an All Company Work From Home Day on 16 March 2020. Alternative methods of meetings with customers such as video conference or telephone will also be used.

It’s business as usual for us at The Yield. We will continue to deliver exceptional products and service to our customers.
