Ciara O’Reilly is Customer Delivery Project Manager for Australia and New Zealand, and is responsible for customer implementation at The Yield.
Ciara onboards new users to The Yield's platform and supports and guides throughout the implementation process.
As part of the Customer Success & Operations team, she notes that stakeholder engagement and ongoing relationship management is a key component of this role.
With a Bachelor of Science (Honours) majoring in Computer Science and Data Science and an organised, analytical thinker by nature, Ciara gravitates towards problem solving for customers.
Unique challenges of this role may include timely delivery of projects to align with the growing seasons of a customer’s crop.
Ciara says that the best part of her job is “working with amazing customers who constantly push The Yield to improve and think outside of the box, which then gets taken up by talented colleagues at The Yield who turn this feedback into reality.”
In her spare time, Ciara loves to walk her dog, Diesel, a sassy ‘Frug’ - half Pug, half French Bulldog. And as a passionate ‘foodie’, she loves trying new recipes, and getting up before 5am on the weekends for a sunrise swim.
"Don't let yesterday take up too much of today" is a philosophy Ciara lives by and serves as a reminder to live in the moment and keep focussed on continuous improvement.
