Sydney, 1 June 2021 – The Yield Technology Solutions (“The Yield”) today announced the appointment of Tim Ebbeck as the new Independent Chair of the Board to help drive the company’s expansion and business growth.
Tim has extensive board, executive and advisory experience. He was formerly ANZ CEO at SAP and Oracle and Chief Commercial Officer at NBN Co. He held CFO roles at a number of multinational technology companies and board positions with ReadyTech (ASX.RDY), Tymlez (ASX.TYM), CPA Australia and Nextgen Distribution.
With his impressive digital and technology pedigree, Tim has over a decade of board level experience across global IT, education, media, public sector, services and finance industries.
His strong commercial and financial background has enabled him to innovate, transform and grow businesses, drive revenue, build and close large competitive commercial transactions, build diversity and talent, and develop and successfully implement strategic business changes.
Ros Harvey, Founder and Managing Director of The Yield was thrilled with the appointment and looked forward to Tim’s insights and contributions to the business.

Paul O’Dwyer will also step down from the Board but will continue his association with The Yield in the form of an independent adviser and chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Tim Ebbeck is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has completed the INSEAD graduate program with SAP. He is also a Fellow of CPA Australia, and a Fellow of Australian Institute of Management.
He received a lifetime achievement award from the Australian Computer Society and the President’s Award and Board Award from CPA Australia. He completed an Economics degree with Macquarie University, the CPA program at CPA Australia and has completed the Company Directors program with an Order of Merit.
