This year’s conference theme is Adapting to New Horizons.
The global and domestic market landscapes have changed, resulting in increased pressure for growers and companies supplying New Zealand’s key trading partners.
The Conference will explore how the apple and pear industry can meet these new horizons, with presentations and discussions on:
- Growing the industry globally,
- Strengthening the sustainability pillar, and
- Technology partnerships.
These themes will be viewed through global collaboration and insights, along with an understanding of how our industry is currently placed to adapt.
The Conference will present valuable networking and information sharing opportunities with industry colleagues and friends, as well as suppliers and government representatives. Embracing collaboration both locally and globally and connecting with markets will be vital in how we adapt to these new horizons.
